Get to Know Us

The Falcon name is deeply personal to me. It was inspired by my alma mater, the United States Air Force Academy, whose mascot is the Falcon.

The F-16 Fighting Falcon featured within the “O” of our logo carries an even deeper meaning. It serves as a tribute to a close friend and fellow Air Force Academy graduate who went on to fly F-16s and tragically lost his life in a plane crash several years ago.

Together, the Falcon name and imagery represent more than our roots—they reflect service, friendship, excellence, and a legacy worth honoring.

Jason Wolfe

Jason Wolfe brings more than 15 years of industry expertise in epoxy coatings and concrete repair products to Falcon Floor Coatings. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a degree in Engineering and a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Jason has built his career on leadership, technical knowledge, and a commitment to excellence.

Throughout his career, Jason held executive leadership positions including Vice President of Sales, President, and part owner of a leading manufacturer of epoxy coatings and concrete repair products. His extensive experience in product development, manufacturing, and customer solutions provides Falcon Floor Coatings with an unmatched level of technical expertise.

Together with his wife, Lauren, Jason founded Falcon Floor Coatings with a simple mission: deliver premium floor coating systems using only the highest-quality products while providing exceptional customer service and craftsmanship.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family. As a proud father of two, you'll often find him cheering from the sidelines at track meets, volleyball, football, and baseball games or enjoying outdoor activities and sports with his children.

Lauren Wolfe

Lauren Wolfe is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where she earned a degree in Mass Communications. Her professional background includes social media marketing and interior design, giving her a unique blend of creative vision, communication skills, and an eye for design.

After choosing to pause her career to become a full-time mother to her two children, Lauren continued to develop the talents that now help set Falcon Floor Coatings apart. Her ability to understand each client's style, needs, and vision ensures every project receives personalized attention and a customer experience that exceeds expectations.

Lauren plays an integral role in the company's marketing, design, and customer relations, helping homeowners and businesses select flooring solutions that are both beautiful and built to last.

When she's not working, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting her children at their sporting events, and relaxing with her family on the waters of Caddo Lake.
